Enough is ENOUGH. My health and wellness goals have taken a back seat lately. And by back seat I mean completely out of the vehicle. I’ve been doing my best to adjust to the new norms, and with that I’ve been focusing all my energy on entertaining my kids and the 101 other things that parents do. I’ve been emotionally eating at night while I watch the news, half-assing my at-home workouts and seriously skimping out on sleep.
Which made me think… is there anyone else in the same boat as me? Are you struggling to make time for the things that bring you joy? Are you treating your body right? What about your mind?
I want- no need, to get back to being my best self. Especially at a time like this. Raise your hand if you’re with me!
