Wellness Through Mindfulness
This is a group of local practitioners with an interest in mindfulness. Their purpose is to create a community of support for everyone. Meditation and teaching sessions on mindfulness are offered each month.
I have attended sessions in the past and would recommend the group to anyone interested in learning more about mindfulness in general!
Dylan , founder of Prescription Meditation
Dylan offers meditation and yoga to kids, youth, and adults. She facilitates private meditation circles and women’s circles. She has a passion for teaching empowerment to girls and women and a focus on children with ADHD, bringing mindfulness, movement, and meditation into their lives.

Kristina, founder of KDC Coaching
Kristina is a Mindfulness Ninja and Life Coach. She uses her extensive knowledge of social and emotional teachings to help families grow and learn alongside one another.
If you are having a hard time communicating with your kiddo(s) Kristina is a great resource to get everyone on the same page using mindfulness and kindness as our guideposts.
Wymbin is a yoga, wellness & educational studio located in Inglewood, Calgary. They offer a variety of different movement & yoga-based classes that are offered in 10-week sessions, as well as drop-in's. Other offerings include workshops, camps, birthday parties, preschool, school programs, and more!

Jess is an experiential educator, yoga teacher, speaker and leadership facilitator.
